ELH Materials Lookup
About the Lookup
The library manages various assets and charges across five different resource types and their corresponding databases. The Lookup tool was created to consolidate this data, allowing users to access it in one place by simply inputting their student ID#. This tool searches through reports to display current checkouts of devices and books, as well as any outstanding charges.
To navigate the tool, use the navigation bar at the top of the page. Please ensure you are signed in to your @sweetwaterschools.net account to access the information.
Here's a breakdown of what each page offers:
Main Dashboard & Charge Totals: Enter your student ID# to verify your identity using grade and date of birth. This page displays charges for textbooks, library books, devices, and total dollar amounts. You can reset the tables by deleting your student ID# and pressing enter or using the reset button.
Device Details and Charges: This page shows historical data of charges for devices up to 04/12/2024.
Library Details and Charges: For privacy reasons, the titles of checked-out library books are partially redacted. Log in to your account for full details.
Textbook Details and Charges: This page lists current textbooks and class novels checked out, along with total charges for both library and textbooks.
One-Pagerš§: This page is still under construction but aims to list all current checkouts and transactions.
Important notes:
Data is updated weekly at best, with the last update time displayed in red on the main page.
The database for devices has recently transitioned, so some adjustments may still be ongoing.
Fees displayed in the Infinite Campus Portal under the Fees tab may not be accurate or up-to-date. Efforts are being made to clear as many fees as possible. If the debt originates from another campus, don't hesitate to get in touch with their library staff first, who can provide the necessary information for voiding it.
